Weight Loss Myths: Walking and Weightlifting Debunked!
Walking and Weightlifting without a dietary change will not improve your physique or health.
Walking 20.000 steps and training in a gym daily will not help you lose weight. That narrative is flawed and nothing but a weight loss myth fabricated by the fitness and supplement industries to lure you into buying gym subscriptions, paying personal trainers, and purchasing loads of supplements.
In other words, the fitness and supplement industries are both scams as they only sell you promises and products that don’t work and are, in fact, harmful.
If you want to lose weight, keep it off, and build a healthy and lean body, you must change your diet to primarily animal protein/products and fat - meat, seafood, fish, and eggs. The only way to achieve your optimal body composition is by adopting a diet containing real, natural foods.
Training hard will not bring the results you wish. So don't fall for the scamming weight loss myth.
Instead, open your mind and learn about the healthiest diet for humans - the keto carnivore diet. A diet that is 100% natural and has existed for centuries, or rather, since the beginning of mankind.
Do you think our primal ancestors had access to carbohydrates, processed junk foods, and sugar, or a fitness center? I believe you know the answer to the rhetorical question. They, obviously, were not exposed to food and fitness myths and thus had perfect physiques.
Your diet is the most important thing in your life. It will protect your heart, keep you from getting sick, and enable a longer life. Lose weight by eating real food and training the smart way, not the hard way!
I highly recommend you download my two E-Books to understand the reality and learn how to successfully lose weight, keep it off, build lean muscle the healthy way, and live a longer life.
