The worst part? Most people don't understand the harm they cause themselves by slugging away daily while thinking they're doing themselves a big favor.
Gyms are smelly and full of bacteria. They are mostly noisy and hot, and not a pleasant surrounding to expose your mind to daily. You're far better off saying to hell with the gym and instead signing up for a free "subscription" with nature, spending as much time there as you can daily.
